Welcome to the Minnesota College Personnel Association (MCPA) website!
MCPA is a state division of ACPA (College Student Educators International) and we are dedicated to providing local and affordable professional development opportunities to our members. The MCPA Board is comprised of elected and appointed volunteers that are committed to providing quality programming to our membership.
Our annual events include our Fall Conference, January Inclusion Institute, and Careers in Student Affairs Conferences are a great way to connect or reconnect with other higher education professionals. We have four commissions that regularly host gatherings for members and non-members: Professionals of Color, LGBTA, Disabilities, and New Professionals.
