2017 Fall Conference Registration 

Conference Registration for non-members.

NOTE: For the same price as the non-member conference registration fee, you can purchase an annual MCPA membership and attend the conference (at the MCPA member rate)! This will allow you to receive all the additional benefits of being an MCPA member! For more information on membership benefits, and to sign up for a membership click here!

    Contact Information 

    Social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) will be utilized during the conference. If you would like, please provide your Twitter and/or Instagram handle for inclusion in the conference group and live Twitter Feed screen. This will also allow you to find and follow other conference attendees. Get the latest conference updates at #MCPA2017

    Demographic Information

    In an effort to best serve the higher education community, MCPA has started collecting demographic information at all events. These questions are not required and responses are not selected from a pre-determined list. You are able to fill in your own response. MCPA will use this data to better understand the community we are supporting and identify the needs of that community leading to continued quality events, engagement with the MN government and grant applications.

    Additional Information

    In order to reduce waste and printing costs, the MCPA 2017 Conference program book will be offered electronically via the Guidebook mobile app for smartphone and tablet. A PDF version of the program will also be available.
    Each year, the MCPA Conference hosts a Silent Auction to raise money for graduate student scholarships. Students will be able to use these funds to attend a conference of their choice (e.g., ACPA, NASPA, NACADA, NODA). The Conference solicits donations from MCPA members, local businesses, and organizations, including relevant books, gift certificates to local businesses, homemade crafts, and college apparel. If you are interested in donating an item, indicate this below and our Food & Silent Auction Committee will contact you.

    Billing Information

    For non-members of MCPA. Before you register, you should know that for the same price, you can purchase an annual MCPA Membership and sign-up to attend the conference! You will then be able to receive all MCPA member benefits!  To sign-up for an MCPA Membership click here.
    When proceeding to check out, if you will be purchasing more than one membership in your order (eg. you are purchasing for yourself and a colleague, or you are purchasing for your whole department), please indicate the name of the purchaser. Example: Chris and Andrew both want to join MCPA. Chris purchase's both Memberships since Andrew doesn't have a University Credit Card. As a result, on Andrew's registration form, they would need to list Chris as the Name of Purchaser. However, BOTH Andrew and Chris will need to be sure to fill out their own Membership Registration Form.

If Paying By Check: once you hit submit, you are finished. You will NOT receive an email confirmation (this is only sent if paying by credit card). If you need an invoice or email confirmation, please contact our Treasurer, Jenn Rassett

Checks should be made out to Minnesota College Professionals Association. Please also include the name of who you are paying for on the check (if there are multiple people, please list on a separate piece of paper and include with the check).

Refund Policy 
MCPA annual memberships may not be refunded.
